We've spent a busy afternoon and evening getting the bost packed, but we are now ready to leave as soon as we want in the morning. Max is stalking around, highly indignant - he recognises the signs now, but this doesn't stop him from meowing his disapproval. Millie was initially very uncertain, but after helping me on the boat, is feeling pretty optimistic about her chances of coming too. She has laid claim to her spot in the cabin, and has been bouncing around the cockpit. We just have to watch that she doesn't launch herself off the boat - sitting on the trailer on the driveway is perhaps a bit high and hard for a small dog to manage safely.
